My progress may be slow but it’s still there 💪🏼 I started making a planner with notes everyday about my hours spent out of bed, hours slept, pain levels, mental state, medicines, and extra notes. It’s really helped me keep track of my progress this month. It’s hard to see the progress when it’s small, especially when you have a chronic illness and getting better takes time. But hey, the tortoise wins the race right? And I’m definitely going to get to that finish line even if it’s slow. Quitting won’t get me there any faster!
