20 weeks with beach babe yesterday 🌴 & I’m gonna give y’all a long, emotion filled post about my last week! -

It’s honestly been a crazy ass week and I slightly pulled back from social media a smidgen. On Monday of last week my moms boyfriend, my kids “Papi” passed away from an unexpected heart attack just before my dads 5 year anniversary since his passing. Due to not understanding the emotions that come when the two men you truly ever loved in your life have passed away, I kept my week open for my mom for anything she may have needed. Upon trying to pass the info out to family, I was met with disappointing information across the board that I had to teach myself to again disassociate myself from others lives. It was honestly a hard and very upsetting week. -

This week made me realize how quickly bad habits can take over your life. How quickly in the blink of an eye someone can unexpectedly no longer reside on this planet. It reminded me the emphasis of caring for our bodies, not waiting until we have health problem after health problem just awaiting for it to get worse or better with no real change in ourselves to get better. Everyone wants an easy solution, even less want to put in the true work of regenerative healing which we ALL need. The degeneration is passed from generation to generation, we cannot expect to see our children to have any better. So in the last week I’m reminding how important it is to take control NOW for ourselves, for our children, for our children’s children because the degeneration and damage we commit to our bodies now, will 100% effect them later. -

To anyone who thinks I’m “crazy” for eating raw. Sorry NOT sorry. I want you to learn, I’m healing for the generations to follow. So my child doesn’t have to have eczema, asthma, allergy after allergy, weak immune system, add/adhd/autism, etc. I’m taking control and changing the generational narratives, I implore you to do the same! prevent your children from having to figure out how to heal later in life when they’re suffering from a chronic ailment. The statistics are only increasing & each and everyone of our children are at risk, until we take control.
