📌Croquetas🤗
Muy completas, mira todo lo que tienen:
-2 pocillos (en crudo) de jardinera de legumbres y cereales.
-1 pocillo (en crudo) de quinoa.
-2 zapallitos
-1 cebolla
-1 ajo chiquito
-1 tomate
-2 huevos -150g de queso rallado
-2 puñados de avena -1 puñado de harina integral
📌Preparacion: Hervir la jardinera con la quinoa (recordar lavarla antes)
Saltear la cebolla y el ajo, junto con los zapallitos (rallados) y el tomate.
Una vez listo todos los ingredientes, los mezclas.
👉Antes de ponerlas a cocinar ya sea en el horno o en la sartén. Prepara las fuentes con 1 cdita de aceite y calentalas 1 minuto así te quedarán mejor.
Y con 1 cuchara vas formando las croquetas.
En 20 min están listas.
👉Super completas, no hace falta que las acompañes con otro alimento, ya que logramos intersuplementacion de proteínas (al juntar huevo, queso, legumbres y cereales) y es muy buena fuente de carbohidratos gracias a los cereales y los vegetales. Además de tener muchaaa fibra. 👏

Slow everything down. Everything you want is right here in front of you. You just don’t see it because you’re racing around.
It was 2016. I was home in Sofia, experiencing what I called an identity crisis. I was disconnected from my work, the environment I was in wasn’t too healthy or inspiring. “Work hard- play hard” nonsense that was slowly taking the life out of me.
It was a stepping stone, sure, but when I felt I had enough I didn’t know what the next step was.
So I started searching, seeking advice, seeing what others do.. I generated so many ideas for startups, even started developing business plans and brainstorming with friends. Nothing felt true.
I was doing it all wrong- overthinking, weighing options, listening to everyone else...then I slowed down, took the time to actually SEE what was immediately around me. I started noticing- what conversations were lighting me up, what was I curious about, what’s coming up without seeking and searching. Just observing. What books I had on my bedside table, (When I looked and saw John Maxuel’s “How successful people think” given to me by @bornunderthegoodstar ), what things I believed were important to me? What did I want to share with others? What was I always drawn to?
Once I stopped and observed, things became clearer. I tuned in and became present- I saw the answers being always there. Within.
Make sure you make choices for the right reasons, aligned with your values, coming from looking within, not out.
Last night I was reading my journals from when I was 17 and all about personal development. We change, yes, every moment, but there's always that underlining thread that was there all along, that's your truth. It rarely changes, but often gets buried under. It’s different for everyone but we all have it.

To facilitate the exploration of the mind it is helpful to understand the various levels of reality, to examine the perceptual fields that different beings have, to see what different realities look like.

It is well known that motivation affects our perceptions. We don’t necessarily see things as they are we see them as we are. If a pickpocket meets a Saint, all he sees are his pockets. Thaddeus Golas, in The Lazy Man’s Guide to Enlightenment said, “You never have to change what you see, only the way you see it.”

Gurdjieff, the Russian philosopher, noted, “If you think you’re free and you don’t know you are in prison – you can’t escape.” Gurdjieff sees us as being in prison – a prison of the mind.

To begin, you must first recognize that there is a journey. Many people are totally involved in their lives. The spiritual element is irrelevant to them. They have no sense that behind their apparent reality there is another equally true reality.

When you begin to awaken to your predicament – that you are trapped in illusion – there is a sense of something being absolutely real; but it is only relatively real. That awakening is confusing. You are beginning to see through the dreamlike quality of the veils of illusion. The condition necessary for you to see through the veil – through the, “Wow, it isn’t how I thought it was at all” is despair. The realization that everything you think you can do to create perfection isn’t going to be enough.

3 years after getting this drawing on a package @brianandreas sent me, I'm still practicing listening closely. It's easy to look at ourselves in the day to day and think not much changes and can't see our growth, but once in a while you get a glimpse of who you are compared to who you were and realize you're bigger, fuller than you used to be. You've expanded, you take up more space and, you can't make yourself smaller. There is no shrinking after expansion. Sometimes we're tricked into feeling small, but it's because we're looking at (and likely resisting) the current expansion happening from this old self. As soon as we catch up to ourselves, we expand again because expansion is the natural motion of the universe, it never stops, it moves continuously. Like old, ill-fitting clothes, we need to keep shedding the things that no longer fit and find some new threads that do, if only for a moment.

One thing that seems to be prevalent in our school setting is inappropriate comments. A few items I have encountered so far are name calling and issues of race I feel that taking the opportunity to connect with students who are making these comments now can help curb some of this for the future. When the mother hears her baby crying, she puts down whatever she has in her hands, and takes the baby in her arms. The moment the baby is lifted into the mother’s arms, the energy of wisdom already begins to penetrate into the baby’s body. The mother does not know yet what is the matter with the baby, but the fact that she has it in her arms already gives her child some relief. The baby stops crying. Then the mother continues to hold the baby in her arms, she continues to offer it the energy of tenderness, and during this time the mother practices deep looking. A mother is a very talented person. She only needs two or three minutes to figure out what is the matter with her baby. Maybe its diapers are a little bit too tight; maybe the baby has a touch of fever; maybe it needs a bottle? Then when the understanding comes, the mother can transform the situation immediately.

Lately I’ve been obsessed with morning routines. This year I’ve been incorporating a consistent routine in my life and noticing shifts in my motivation, mindset and attitude 💫⠀
⠀
My mornings look like this:⠀
⠀
✨ Wake up between 5 and 6 with help from my @philips wake up light. This has been a serious game changer. I will share more soon! ⠀
⠀
✨ Sip on a mug of hot water with organic lemon juice ⠀
⠀
✨ No phones or laptops until we’ve started the day with flooding ourselves with gratitude. This looks like sitting quietly for a couple minutes in bed and allowing our minds to be flooded with all the things we are grateful for. We usually end up talking about a couple of them. ⠀
⠀
✨ Then I drink some bulletproof coffee. I make mine with organic fair trade coffee, brain octane (mct oil), grass fed butter, grass fed collagen powder and inulin fibre. I have this in place of breakfast these days. ⠀
⠀
✨ Set an intention word for the day. ⠀
⠀
Since incorporating this routine I have felt happier, less judgement or bitterness towards others, more motivated and focused 🙌🏼⠀

I remember hitting R O C K bottom with my health.
I was 19. Eating literally whatever sounded good and definitely not working out.🍕🍻
I purchased a few personal trainer workouts and was starting out with lots of body weight movements or light dumbbell work.
During my second week she had me do several sets of air squats. No weight, no time. Just basic body weight squats.
After my second set I got so physically dizzy I almost passed out. I sat down on my trainer's floor and almost cried...except I was embarrassed enough to keep the tears at bay.
This moment became the one I never wanted to live again. The shame and embarrasment and frustration sticks with me to this day and I KNOW I will never have to sit dizzy on a living room floor after a basic workout ever again. 🙅🏼♀️
It took a lot of work and a lot of time. It took investing in trainers and coaches and books about nutrition.
But every single penny and every single minute spent in a gym was worth it to keep me from feeling that embarrassment again.
THIS is why I've developed standards and routines I can move between assignments. THIS is why it's so important that I make it a priority to workout and eat healthy despite long hours and travel.
Your rock bottom does NOT have to define you➡️➡️it can just be used as a catalyst to a new and better you 👊🏻

Thaddeus Golas, in The Lazy Man’s Guide to Enlightenment said, “You never have to change what you see, only the way you see it.” ⁂ Gurdjieff, the Russian philosopher, noted, “If you think you’re free and you don’t know you are in prison – you can’t escape.” Gurdjieff sees us as being in prison – a prison of the mind. ⁂ To begin, you must first recognize that there is a journey. Many people are totally involved in their lives. The spiritual element is irrelevant to them. 3 years after getting this drawing on a package @brianandreas sent me, I'm still practicing listening closely. It's easy to look at ourselves in the day to day and think not much changes and can't see our growth, but once in a while you get a glimpse of who you are compared to who you were and realize you're bigger, fuller than you used to be. You've expanded, you take up more space and, you can't make yourself smaller. There is no shrinking after expansion. Sometimes we're tricked into feeling small, but it's because we're looking at (and likely resisting) the current expansion happening from this old self. As soon as we catch up to ourselves, we expand again because expansion is the natural motion of the universe, it never stops, it moves continuously. Like old, ill-fitting clothes, we need to keep shedding the things that no longer fit and find some new threads that do, if only for a moment.

When the mother hears her baby crying, she puts down whatever she has in her hands, and takes the baby in her arms. The moment the baby is lifted into the mother’s arms, the energy of wisdom already begins to penetrate into the baby’s body. The mother does not know yet what is the matter with the baby, but the fact that she has it in her arms already gives her child some relief. The baby stops crying. Then the mother continues to hold the baby in her arms, she continues to offer it the energy of tenderness, and during this time the mother practices deep looking. A mother is a very talented person. She only needs two or three minutes to figure out what is the matter with her baby. Maybe its diapers are a little bit too tight; maybe the baby has a touch of fever; maybe it needs a bottle? Then when the understanding comes, the mother can transform the situation immediately. It is the same thing with meditation. Lately I’ve been obsessed with morning routines. This year I’ve been incorporating a consistent routine in my life and noticing shifts in my motivation, mindset and attitude 💫⠀ ⠀ My mornings look like this:⠀ ⠀ ✨ Wake up between 5 and 6 with help from my @philips wake up light. This has been a serious game changer. I will share more soon! ⠀ ⠀ ✨ Sip on a mug of hot water with organic lemon juice ⠀ ⠀ ✨ No phones or laptops until we’ve started the day with flooding ourselves with gratitude. This looks like sitting quietly for a couple minutes in bed and allowing our minds to be flooded with all the things we are grateful for. We usually end up talking about a couple of them. ⠀ ⠀ ✨ Then I drink some bulletproof coffee. I make mine with organic fair trade coffee, brain octane (mct oil), grass fed butter, grass fed collagen powder and inulin fibre. I have this in place of breakfast these days. ⠀ ⠀ ✨ Set an intention word for the day. ⠀ ⠀ Since incorporating this routine I have felt happier, less judgement or bitterness towards others, more motivated and focused 🙌🏼⠀ ⠀ ⠀ I love hearing about and being inspired by others morning routines too!! Most of the successful people I look up to have something big in common. Can you guess what it is? 🔅 In some way, shape or form they practice mindfulness. Whether that’s reading a number of minutes/hours each day, meditating, or methodically work out. It is all rooted in mindfulness. 🔅 Did you guys know that meditating daily can reduce stress, boost immune system, lower blood pressure, and increase our ability to learn? The benefits of mindfulness and meditation are endless. but if that’s all true why is it so hard to turn off, be quiet and look in and be present? I want to share my opinions later this week, but I want to hear what you guys think. Why can it be difficult to do something that has proven results to be incredibly good for us?

Do you ever feel like you have a big hole inside? Like you have an emptiness that cannot be filled? Nothing of this world can fill the void. Lord knows I have tried just about everything, from food to alcohol. Only God can bring true fulfillment and healing. Allow Him to shine His light in you and fill the space. I remember hitting R O C K bottom with my health. I was 19. Eating literally whatever sounded good and definitely not working out.🍕🍻 I purchased a few personal trainer workouts and was starting out with lots of body weight movements or light dumbbell work. During my second week she had me do several sets of air squats. No weight, no time. Just basic body weight squats. After my second set I got so physically dizzy I almost passed out. I sat down on my trainer's floor and almost cried...except I was embarrassed enough to keep the tears at bay. This moment became the one I never wanted to live again. The shame and embarrasment and frustration sticks with me to this day and I KNOW I will never have to sit dizzy on a living room floor after a basic workout ever again. 🙅🏼♀️ It took a lot of work and a lot of time. It took investing in trainers and coaches and books about nutrition. But every single penny and every single minute spent in a gym was worth it to keep me from feeling that embarrassment again. THIS is why I've developed standards and routines I can move between assignments. THIS is why it's so important that I make it a priority to workout and eat healthy despite long hours and travel. Your rock bottom does NOT have to define you➡️➡️it can just be used as a catalyst to a new and better you 👊🏻
