The Guinness Storehouse is over 4 floors of learning about the family's history, the growth of the company and brand, past advertising campaigns, a tasting, 2 different bars, a restaurant, receipes on using Guinness in everyday meals, and a wall of successes, which includes visits from the likes of Mr. & Mrs. Obama, The Queen, & B. This Irish dry stout, known for its dark amber color with a thick white top, began in Dublin in 1759 and is now brewed in 50 countries and sold in over 120. The process to brew it which includes, roasted, malted barley, water, hops, & yeast, has seemingly been perfected year over year. Including doing an analysis on the atoms that make up the fizz in the beer as shown with the blue photo with various white balls (photo 5)

The Guinness emblem, is based on a famous 14th century Irish harp known as the "O'Neill" or "Brian Boru" harp which is now preserved in the Library of Trinity College Dublin. The harp device has been synonymous with #Guinness since 1862 when it was used as a symbol on the first bottle label for GUINNESS®. It was registered as a Guinness company trademark in 1876.
Interestingly enough, in 1922, the Irish Free State Government wanted to begin using the Harp as the Country's National emblem. However, they could not because Guinness had already trademarked it. Therefore, the IFSG had to turn the official government harp the other way to differentiate between the trademarked Guinness harp and the official State emblem.

#guest | 👑 Living our best life; our boujee fantasy and ticking something off our #Dublin bucket list that has been there for as long as we can remember! 😍 Been wanting to stay @theshelbournedublin for years, and got the opportunity to last night. Currently, the hotel is in the midst of a multi-million euro renovation so rates midweek are considerably cheaper than normal as part of their #PardonOurAppearance offer! This building is stepped in history, has hosted Hollywood stars, world leaders plus the hotel was garrisoned by British soldiers during 1916 Rising. We stayed in the Charles Stewart Parnell Suite, overlooking St Stephen’s Green, giving us the chance to wake up to a view of the city we love so much 💕
