Anubis is a good boy 🐶 ❤️
This is the face of priority. When you are framing the step pyramid of Djoser, in the necropolis of Saqqara and a baby donkey comes towards you for some pet time, well, pet the donkey. But the pyramid of Djoser is believed to be one of the first to be built in Egypt and in front of it, a baby donkey.
Grandfather, Father & Son. The Giza pyramids used to be smooth. According to a local, the outside was covered with granite yet along the years, people stole it. There is some left in the pyramid built for Khafre. The smaller pyramids seen here were built for the wives. Over 100 pyramids have been discovered in Egypt yet the biggest are still in Giza.

The mosque built by Sultan Ahmed I receives visitors and believers in their lush red carpet and hand painted tiles that adorn the building. Built in an extremely significant area in Istanbul, sits across from Hagia Sophia, the former church, transformed in a mosque and now a museum and by the former Hippodrome of Constantinopla. Visitors are welcomed at all times, following a dress code (provided by the mosque) but during prayers, no photos are allowed. #natgeoyourshot
